The Soldier on whose pants was longer

The Man in Slacks is a community-created cosmetic item for the Soldier. It replaces the Soldier's default pants with a pair of black dress pants, rolled up at the ankle, and his boots with a pair of dress shoes.

The Man in Slacks was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
